ZOO TEENS

14 – 17 yrs

Overnight Training: May 4 – 5 12:00pm – 12:00pm

Volunteer as a Zoo Teen and get hands-on experience at your community’s zoo. These trained volunteers help educate about animals and conservation, while working with zoo animals. Zoo Teens assist with all aspects of Sunset Zoo’s operations: shadowing staff, animal demonstrations, zoo keeping chores, conservation projects, photography, and much more! You choose the activities that interest you! A $65 registration fee applies and is due on/before the training date. Zoo Teens (new and returning) must attend the scheduled overnight teen training session on May 4-5. Registration is accepted annually until the spring training date.
