REGISTER by April 19 by calling The Smith County Health Department 785-282-6656. Healthy Lunch Provided. If you are living with an ongoing health condition (such as arthritis, asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, or depression) or are a caregiver of someone who does, this workshop is for you!

This free 6 week workshop is an interactive learning opportunity that teaches techniques to manage common symptoms.
