Bring your instrument to share good times and improve your musical skills by singing and playing with others in a non-competitive, non-judgmental setting. Emphasis will be on Bluegrass / Old Time styles, however Country, Folk, and even Rock & Roll are permissable. The instructor will provide a basic syllabus of Bluegrass, Country, and Fiddle Tunes, but we will mostly “call your own” around the circle rather than a teacher/class format. Beginners very welcome, but a minimum ability to play basic chords is needed. Acoustic instruments preferred. Compatible amplified instruments allowed with permission (pedal steel guitar, etc.). Let’s have fun! First Sundays of the month (January 6, February 3, March 3, April 7, and May 5) from 1 to 4 PM.
